Vishal started Counselling the students in 2012 as a side hustle while having a well-established corporate career in marketing, where he served renowned MNCs like Bosch, Polymak, and ISCL. Following his passion, he started a full-fledged career in counselling and guided +10,000 school and college students. He interacted one-on-one with students, understood their pain points, and supported them to take ownership of their career goals, while helping them get the best out of their college education. He visited over +100 colleges and universities over eight years and collaborated with top educational institutes. He readily shares insights about the right career fit with the students through webinars, seminars, and college fair.
